The project repurposes existing industrial structures while introducing new interventions that enhance spatial functionality and aesthetic coherence. The use of raw concrete, warm wood, and expansive glass surfaces establishes a dialogue between materiality and natural light, fostering an environment conducive to artistic exploration. The spatial organization prioritizes adaptability, supporting diverse creative disciplines within a cohesive architectural framework.
